Philippe Debaty was born and raised in the French Alps and was first bitten by the acting bug in College when performing on stage in “The Importance of Being Earnest”, by Oscar Wilde. He moved to San Francisco in 1999, then to Los Angeles in 2012. He trained as an actor at the SF School of Digital Filmmaking, Shari Carlson’s Studio, the Beverly Hills Playhouse, and Anthony Meindl’s Acting Studio. He has played in over 30 film, television, and commercial productions. In 2012, he ventured behind the camera by writing, producing, and starring in "The Life of Eric Richards", a short comedy, which won several festival awards.
